Brand development and environmental signage for this New England institution.

Our relationship with the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum began in 2009 with the development of a new identity, from which a style guide was produced for internal use. Since that time the studio has developed a series of maps, collateral and fundraising materials for the institution as it moves towards a more contemporary collection.

The main identity is a dimensional wedge, overlapped to suggest the three-dimensional and temporal nature of the work on display. Colors that reflect the seasons in the Park anchor the changing environment in the identity. A slab serif has been specified, as its forms suggest the beginnings of sculptural form.
